I struggled to find my niche in the art world, as I walked down many different paths: painting, lighting, carpentry. There was a longing within me to find a form of art where I was challenged to push my limits and expand the definition of an artist. Glass gave me the opportunity to do so by providing a space where any idea that was conceived could be born into a physical form. My work reflects the depths of emotions we as humans experience in this life. Each piece tells a story, whether it be one of bliss or depression; glass lends itself to building and refining these emotions into a tangible form.
